Tilapia fillets are topped with a pineapple glaze kissed with the flavors of the orient. Crushed pineapple, diced jalapenos, hoisin sauce, a splash of lime juice and spices top tilapia fillets that are baked until they melt in your mouth.
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray a 9X13” glass baking dish with PAM. Place fish fillets in baking dish in a single layer. Pour pineapple glaze over fish. Bake 14-16 minutes or until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
