The traditional Asian flavor of ginger is stir fried with Atkins Angus beef and a mix of Asian vegetables in a hoisin based sauce. Red pepper flakes add an extra zip! Serve over rice, provided.
Thaw completely. Remove steak from portion bag, drain; add to corn starch bag and toss to lightly coat. Heat 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add steak, sauté 3 minutes. Stir in vegetable/beef broth bag, cook another 4 minutes. Stir, cover and cook 2 minutes. Serve over rice, provided.
