Tuna steaks are marinated in a blend of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and garlic and then seared on the stovetop, or tossed on the grill, for a quick and delicious dinner.
Thaw completely. Spray large skillet with PAM. Heat over medium heat. Cook tuna 5-6 minutes on each side or until firm and slightly pink in the middle. Grill - Preheat grill to medium. Grease grill grates with oil or nonstick spray. Grill 3 – 4 mins per side; until firm and slightly pink in middle.
