This is one of our favorite recipes! A blend of imitation and real crab meat, egg, mustard, onion, peppers and spice is made into cakes and covered in breadcrumbs. Sauté until golden brown. Serve with our slightly spicy Remoulade dipping sauce.
Thaw completely. Re-shape crab cakes if necessary. Coat surface of patties evenly with breadcrumbs and press firmly. Add a small amount of oil to a large skillet and heat over medium- high heat. Add crab cakes to pan and sauté 6-8 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce provided.
