Certified Angus Beef tips simmer in the crock-pot in a rich, sweet and sour cherry sauce. Serve with herbed couscous provided.
Thaw completely. Place meat mixture and all but 1/3 cup beef broth in crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs. or on high for 5-6 hrs. Spray fry pan with Pam and heat on medium high heat, sauté onions. Add reserved beef broth and cherry mixture to pan and simmer for 15 min. to reduce. Serve over beef.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add couscous, Stir and return to boil. Romove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and add spice mixture and stirr. Serve with Beef Tips with a Cherry Reduction Sauce.
