This homemade barbeque sauce has a surprising depth of flavor. The black coffee adds a slight acidity and rich body to this sauce. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are grilled or baked and smothered with this delicious sauce. The leaner cut of chicken makes this BBQ much healthier.
Thaw completely. Pour sauce in medium sauce pan, bring to a boil on medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Heat grill to medium. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill. Cook about 5-7 mins per side. Baste/Brush chicken with sauce towards end of cooking time on both sides. To bake: preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 mins or internal temp of chicken reaches 165°. Baste/brush chicken with sauce towards end of cooking time.
