Flank Steak is marinated in Balsamic vinegar, molasses, minced garlic and dried thyme. This would be a great start to the grilling season or can be done under the broiler. Thinly sliced, this steak would be a delicious addition to a fresh green salad.
Thaw completely. Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Oil grill. Place steak on grill. Grill for 7-9 minutes each side; for medium-rare to medium. Baste as desired with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Broil: Preheat broiler, Place steak on baking sheet. Broil for 8 – 10 minutes each side. Baste with marinade as desired.
