Garlic and Rosemary rubbed steak is finished with a Bleu Cheese compound butter. Make sure you save some butter for the steak, it is delicious on vegetables and bread also!! Enjoy with some crusty bread and a fresh green salad and dinner is served.
Thaw completely. About an hour before serving, take the butter out of fridge and let it come to room temperature. Heat the grill to medium/high heat, or you may use a cast iron pan or skillet on top of stove. Cook steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until done to your liking. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Serve sliced steak topped with blue cheese butter.
