The ultimate rich and creamy pasta dish. Penne pasta is tossed with a sauce of boursin cheese, neufchatel cheese, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic and basil. Meat Option: Add Diced Chicken.
Thaw completely. Place sauce mixture in pan, heat on med.-high heat whisking to combine until creamy. Add Chicken if desired, and warm. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving ½ cup pasta water. If sauce becomes too thick, thin with a little of the pasta water until desired consistency is reached. Toss pasta with sauce.
