A delightful Indian vegetarian dish that is very authentic. Chickpeas, potatoes, and onions are covered with tomato gravy loaded with a blend of Indian spices like cinnamon, cumin, cloves and cardamon.
Thaw completely. Place contents of bag with potatoes in a large saucepan and sauté for 10 minutes. Add bag with tomato/chickpea mixture and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice, provided.
