A delectable rendition of chicken pot pie. Elegant and simple. Chicken, mixed vegetables, pearl onions, and a creamy sauce all topped off with puff pastry. This is comfort food with a special twist. You can make this dish without the Dijon and it still tastes great!
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°. Remove chicken/veg. bag and puff pastry from the aluminum pan. Pour chicken/veg. bag into pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, unwrap puff pastry and place on the hot chicken mixture. Increase oven temperature to 400°. Return to the oven and continue baking for 15 more minutes, until the puff pastry is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
