Thaw completely. Spray pan with PAM and heat over medium heat. While heating, coat chicken in flour mixture. Add coated chicken to pan, brown evenly on both sides. Add contents of caper/broth bag. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sliced lemons and 1 Tablespoon of butter. Simmer for one minute. Serve over cooked pasta.
