Sweet corn and creamed corn are combined with corn bread mix and other ingredients to make it a cross between corn soufflé and a slightly sweet corn pudding! Serve with side of vegetarian baked beans provided.
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in microwave. Pour corn mixture into bowl. Mix in butter and corn bread mix. Spray a 10 x 13 baking pan with Pam spray. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes.
