A new twist on Honey mustard Chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are baked in the oven on a bed of sliced onions, then topped with honey mustard that is spiked with a touch of curry powder. Serve with brown or white rice provided.
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread onions on bottom of dish. Place chicken breasts on top of onions. Carefully pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered for 40 – 50 minutes. Baste 2 or 3 times during cooking. Serve with rice provided.
