A lean, center-cut boneless pork roast is smothered in a homemade sweet & tangy BBQ sauce. Grill it or roast it up for that down home Southern flavor.
Thaw completely. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove roast from marinade, reserving sauce. Wrap roast in foil and grill for 40 minutes. Unwrap roast and baste with reserved marinade and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in a baking pan with ½ of the marinade. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Un-cover and pour remaining marinade over roast. Bake an additional 20-30 minutes or until done if desired, boil remaining marinade for1-2 minutes and use as a dipping sauce.
