Thaw completely. Pour entire contents of bag into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Once Brisket is fork tender, remove from crockpot, let rest for 10 minutes and slice on the diagonal. To make the gravy, melt butter in a medium saucepan. stir in flour and cook until flour is combined and mixture is smooth. Add drippings from crock-pot, skim if desired, and heat to boiling, stirring constantly, until thickened and serve with brisket.
