Hawaiian Pork Skewers

This dish will become a family favorite.  Cubed pork is marinated brown sugar, apple juice and ginger marinade.  You can add a touch of Cayenne (or not) to give it a kick.  Skewered with pineapple chunks, this dish is quickly broiled or grilled.  Serve with rice provided.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat your broiler or grill. Thread the pork pieces onto the skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks. Boil remaining marinade for 10 minutes. Place skewers on grill or under broiler. Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, basting with the boiled marinade. Remove from heat and serve with rice provided.
