Beef Short Ribs are slow cooked with vegetables in an Italian style tomato sauce. The meat will fall off the bones. Comfort food at its best. Serve with egg noodles provided for an easy meal on a busy weeknight.
Thaw completely. Heat 1 Tablespoon of vegetable in a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add short ribs and cook until brown on all sides, about 8 minutes total. Place short ribs into slow cooker. Top with bag containing vegetables. Cover and cook on high for 5 ½ hours or until beef is falling off of bone. Place egg noodles in a medium pot of boiling water. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Serve beef ribs over noodles.
