This is a very tasty dish to serve company or for a nice family dinner. The presentation is beautiful. Perfect with a simple rice dish.
Thaw completely. Cook rice according to instructions. Begin cooking rice approx. 10 mins before starting to cook shrimp. Rinse shrimp under cold water. Spread shrimp out on a paper towel to dry. Melt butter in a large skillet over med-high. Add cup containing shallots. Sauté for 5 mins. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 mins until shrimp turn opaque. Add contents of cup containing capers and bag of asparagus. Toss to warm through and serve over the rice provided.
