Thaw completely. Preheat grill to high heat. Oil grill rack. Grill chicken until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle; about 6-8 minutes per side. Serve with rice provided. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
