Tilapia with a Mediterranean twist. Tilapia fillets are baked with couscous, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, green olives, garlic and a splash of white wine. Perfect for company or an extra special family dinner.
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove lid from pan. Pour 2 cups of water over entire pan being careful not to disturb the couscous. Replace cover. Bake covered for 25 minutes or until done. Cut lemon into 6 wedges, serve on the side.
