South of the border inspired dish with black beans, corn, rice, tomatoes, green chilies, and cheese. Can be made with white or brown rice. Serve with tortillas provided to make even more kid friendly.
Thaw completely. Add 1/3 cup of water and Bag of Beans and Bag of Rice into Crock Pot. Stir to mix. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours. Do not cook on High. Stir. Spoon into tortillas, top with cheese, roll and enjoy! Serving suggestion: green salad.
