This exotic dish is definitely a crowd pleaser. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are rubbed with Moroccan spices, and combined with a flavorful sauce including green olives. Serve with herbed couscous provided.
Thaw Completely. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add chicken to pan; cook 2 mins on each side. Remove from pan and set aside. To same pan add bag of onions and olive oil. Cook until golden, about 8-10 mins. Stir in chicken broth mixture, and bring to boil. Return chicken to pan, and reduce heat. Simmer mixture for 15 mins or until chicken is done.
