Orange Bourbon Salmon (limit 1)

Salmon filets are marinated in an orange bourbon sauce.  Think of it as a version of Teriyaki with a kick.  Cooks quickly under the broiler or can be seared in a pan on the stovetop.  Serve with your favorite green vegetable and a garden salad  and dinner is complete.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to broil.  Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade. Place meat on foil-lined sheet and broil 4-5 minutes each side, turning salmon once.  Or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.  Serve with rice provided.
