A quick stove-top meal with simple flavors will please your whole family. Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts are marinated in orange juice, basil and parsley. Serve over rice, provided.
Thaw completely. Spray a medium skillet with PAM and heat to medium. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place in pan. Cook for 5 minutes per side. Add reserved marinade to pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Serve with rice provided.
