Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin

Marinated pork tenderloin in a sweet blend of fruit juices and Dijon mustard make this a tasty entrée for either oven or grill.  Tender and delicious!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray.  Remove tenderloin from marinade and plack on pan.  Pour marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Bake tenderloin 35-40 minutes, basting lightly but frequently with boiled marinade, or until done and internal temp reaches 165 degrees.  Let rest before slicing and serve with extra marinade on the side.
