Is this with apples or apricots? Describes it as apples but states apricot preserves in the preparation description.

Hi Margaret, It is both apricot preserves and apples.
The apples are in the stuffing and the apricot preserves are spread on the pork chops.

Can the apricot preserves be substituted for something else?

The beauty of Savory Suppers is....if you don't like an ingredient, or have a food allergy or sensitivity, you can just leave that ingredient out. Our chef, Roger, is there to help and find an alternative ingredient, if needed.
Thanks for asking!
