Thaw completely. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; and heat over medium/high heat. Place pork in skillet, and cook about 3-5 mins per side. Meanwhile in a small sauce pan, over medium heat, add the butter and melt. Next add the flour and quickly stir until a paste form. Add the wine/cream mixture, and whisk until blended. Boil until mixture thickens, about 1 min. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and whisk until melted. Transfer pork to a platter and spoon sauce over pork, Enjoy!
