Thaw completely. Spray a pan with PAM and heat over medium heat. Add pork tenderloin to pan, cook about 5-7 minutes browning on all sides. Add sauce mixture. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until done and internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
