Lean and tender pork tenderloin is glazed with a mouthwatering sweet and slightly spicy homemade raspberry sauce. (Heat level can be adjusted to your taste.) Easily grilled or oven baked.
Thaw completely. To Bake – Preheat oven to 475ºF. Bake 30 minutes. Spoon glaze over tenderloin, bake an additional 5 minutes or until done and internal temp reaches 165ºF. Let rest 10 minutes, serve. To grill – grill on medium-high heat covered for 15-25 minutes turning often. Heat sauce in saucepan and serve over pork.
