Moist and flavorful boneless chicken thighs are marinated in a sweet and spicy Thai inspired sauce. Hoisin sauce gives it a bit of sweetness and the crushed red peppers (to taste) give it the heat. A bit of peanut butter adds a nice touch to the sauce. The peanut butter is pre-portioned to prevent cross contamination. Serve with brown of white rice provided.
Thaw completely. In a bowl whisk together peanut butter and marinade. Pour marinade into bag with chicken. Let sit in fridge for at least ½ hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30-35 mins or until a thermometer reads 180 degrees. Serve with rice provided.
