Boneless, center cut pork chops are smothered in a savory, sherry sauce. Red pepper flakes add a little heat (to taste). The sauce is delicious over the brown or white rice provided.
Thaw completely. Heat 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Pour sauce bag over pork chops. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. If sauce becomes too thick, add 1-2 Tablespoons of water to pan. Turn Pork Chops half way through. Remove pork chops to platter. Add 2 Tablespoons of water to cornstarch and pour into pan with the sauce. Cook until thickened. Pour sauce over pork chops. Serve with rice provided.
