Cream cheese stuffed French bread is smothered in an egg and cinnamon custard, baked and topped with strawberries. Perfect for a Mother’s day brunch or for breakfast any day.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely in refrigerator. Pour custard mixture over bread in pan. Let sit 1 hour to soak into bread. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt portion of butter and drizzle melted butter over bread slices and custard. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and all liquid is solid or absorbed. Top with strawberries and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
