Thaw completely. Heat Sesame Oil in large skillet over high heat. Add Pork and Red Peppers. Stir fry until pork is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Stir the Sauce and then add to the Pork. Continue to cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and pork measures 155°. Serve with Orange Sesame Rice.
Orange Sesame Rice
Combine OJ Mixture and 3 cups Water in a stockpot and bring to a full boil. Add Rice, cover tightly and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Stir in Sesame Seeds. Serve & Enjoy
If using Brown Rice: Increase water to 3 ½ Cups and cooking time to 35 – 40 minutes.
