A Thai cuisine favorite. Chicken tenders are marinated of a blend of soy sauce, coconut milk and spices then grilled on skewers. Serve with peanut sauce and rice provided.
Thaw completely. Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes and preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken on skewers. Grill for 10- 15 minutes, turning often or until internal temperature of chicken is 165ºF. Place sauce mixture and ¼ cup peanut butter in a microwave safe dish. Heat 30 seconds. Whisk until smooth, heating more as needed. Serve with rice provided.
