This delicious marinade could be used as a salad dressing it is so flavorful. A combination of Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, low sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, dried basil and minced garlic adds wonderful flavor to boneless center cut pork chops. Leftovers, if there are any, will make a delicious salad topper or wrap sandwich. Serve with brown or white rice provided.
Thaw completely. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place chops on grill; turning occasionally until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees. Discard marinade. Oven: Preheat broiler. Place chops on baking pan. Broil chops under broiler for 15-18 minutes turning frequently. Serve with rice provided.
