Classic comfort food with a healthier twist. Atkins Angus beef slow simmered in the crock-pot with lower sodium beef broth, spices, and a splash of white wine then mixed with mushrooms, sour cream, and the secret ingredient, low-fat yogurt.
Thaw completely. Place beef and spices and beef broth in the crock-pot. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 5-6 hours. Uncover, turn crock-pot to high, add mushroom mixture. Stir. Cook uncovered 30 minutes, stirring several times. Serve with egg noodles provided.
