Buttermilk Oven Baked Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts dipped not once but twice in buttermilk and a crunchy crumb topping. After baking them in the oven, they will be crispy on the outside but moist and juicy on the inside. You won't be able to get enough of this one!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove chicken from buttermilk and add to bag with breadcrumbs.  Shake bag to coat well.  Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn chicken and then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until done and internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
