Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts are sauteed in a flavorful sauce. This dish has a delicious smokey flavor from the chipotle peppers. Spiciness can be adjusted to taste. Serve with rice provided.
Thaw completely. Crisp bacon in a large skillet over medium high heat. Remove bacon from pan and set aside. Add chicken to pan with bacon drippings. Sautee 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. Add bag containing onions to pan. Sautee 3 minutes. Stir in salsa. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. Serve with rice provided.
