Diced cooked chicken is blended with marinated artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan and reduced fat Neufchatel cheese to make an irresistible sauce. Leave the chicken out to make this dish vegetarian. Add spinach to this one if you would like. The kids won’t even notice!!
Thaw completely. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8-10 mins. While pasta is cooking, add sauce bag to a medium saucepan and cook over low heat. Whisk contents until cheese is melted. Add artichokes and chicken and heat through. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
