This crock pot meal consists of tender pieces of beef, onions and green peppers in a delicious light tomato based sauce.  Turn on the crock pot before you leave the house, and you will be rewarded with a wonderful aromatic dinner.  Serve with rice provided.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely.  Pour meat bag into crock pot and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.  Cook rice before serving.  Serve green pepper steak over rice.
