Grilled, or broiled, boneless, skinless chicken breasts are served with a sauce that explodes with flavor! Chicken is marinated in, and then served with a sweet and spicy tomato sauce with a hint of apple and jalapeno peppers for a little kick. Your family will ooh and aah over it.
Thaw completely. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Place chicken on grill, reserving marinade. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until done and internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Pour marinade in saucepan. Heat to boiling and boil for 2 minutes. Serve over chicken.
