Thaw completely. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium-high heat. Add turkey to pan; reserve the marinade. Cook turkey for 2-4 minutes on each side. Remove turkey from pan, keep warm. Combine the cornstarch and chicken stock in a medium bowl. Add the reserved marinade to bowl; whisk until smooth. Add to pan, bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until thick. Add turkey, cook for 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Serve with rice provided.
