All the classical ingredients from the French region of Provence are utilized in this flavorful dish. Olive oil, rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and garlic surround this fish which is topped with lemon juice, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray. Lay fish in bottom of pan. Pour bag with sun-dried tomatoes over fish. Pour bag with wine over fish and then top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
